It will be good to see him back Soulman. When he got carried off in his last game it was clear he was absolutely heartbroken. Hopefully, this time, he will not suffer the same fate.

He will be an asset if he is able to stay fit. It is a very long season, hopefully for him and the club he will be available and be an asset and make a difference. He perhaps will need to be eased in and brought on steadily in regards to playing time. I do wish him all the best.

Agreed! Felt really sorry for him but hopefully he can come back and get to prove his worth though, as you say, he will have to be eased back in. Also thought that his attitude throughout this time-wanting to be in and around the squad as much as he could rather than spending all his time back in the US-bodes well.

Great news for a seemingly really nice lad who deserves some luck.

I just hope that a proper look has been taken into the “mechanics” of how Dike’s physique works and how much pressure his upper body weight puts onto his Achilles and calves and that a specialist training regime has been put in place for him.

He’s always struck me as having a large upper body with legs that don’t quite match the upper bulk.

I hope he’s been encouraged to drop a few pounds of upper body weight as this will reduce strain on his ankle area.

It’s going to be really important that he’s properly warmed those areas up before starting matches or coming on as sub.

Most on here know I’ve been a runner most of my life and at almost 63 I’m still doing it.

I’ve had plenty of ankle and calf trouble since my late 30’s and I’ve found that self massage of the Achilles and calf is a real help.

I just hope he gets the very best of advice and best of luck to him.

Deserves a break. No pun intended.

I hope our present start is helping to motivate him as well. The general good feel abounds with a healthy start. But like Mick, I always felt he seems almost over developed in the upper body compared with his lower body. But good news none the less.

Good competition for Maja and wish him well. Might be his last opportunity though but fingers crossed for the lad!

Wish him all the best, he is a lad who does care and gives his all, we as fans can’t ask more, just hope he gets a positive break and his injury worries are behind him.

I’m also pleased to see him back in training. His humble attitude has won over the majority of fans. Good luck Dike buddy.
