This is quite interesting.
It's the table from all the teams in the top 5 league.
Toon are 8th out of 96 clubs - pretty solid and we're keeping pretty good company in that group.
Top 10
1 - Barcelona
2 - PSG
3 - Bayern Munich
4 - Man City
5 - Marseille
6 - Monaco
7 - Arsenal
8 - Newcastle
9 - Udinese
10 - Dortmund
Everton are bottom of all teams

It’s comparing the starting 4 games of this season for teams across Europe.

Because Liverpool have only got 9 points, the top 10 are all on ten points or more, basically haven't lost a game yet, same reasoning with Italian clubs.
It's the teams across Europes top 5 leagues - based on how many points they've got.
