More importantly why has no info been forthcoming to council from nelms since June?

That's just completely impractical and Police Scotland have no authority to tell anyone with a properly road fund license paid vehicle where to park or not provided of course that the vehicle is not parked in an otherwise, clearly designated, restricted area.

Police Scotland will likely be asked for their views on a full planning application regarding parking in the surrounding areas if the Campy Nou stadium car parks have only 350 available car parking spaces.

Nelmsy told the DSA committee on Thursday 29th August 2024 that there were no transport issues with his planning application.
This was despite not supplying the information requested by the Dundee City Council planners in June 2024.
Perhaps Nelmsy just told the DSA Committee what they wanted to hear to keep them onside.

Surely if you were a dsa member club you wud now be asking for clarification of what was said at the meeting.....because Nelmsy saying one thing and the council thru half a dozen FOI requests are saying another.
