Clever guy. That stuff really works too. My wife had a regular supply for her arthritis.

Saw this earlier and good luck to him.

Turmeric has long been known for its anti-inflammatory properties but, like so many things, much of what is commercially available at cheaper prices won't have too much effect. It's the curcumin in it that helps but you need a higher percentage of this to be of any real benefit which normally comes in tablet form.

As I'm getting older 😞😁 and have a reasonably physical job I find that taking these alongside other occasional supplements certainly helps with staving off back and knee pain/ inflammation. Haven't tried Kanu's product yet though.

I’m wondering whether to try it myself Omeg to help with my knee problems.

Hopefully there’s no aftertaste, that’s the thing that I dislike about cod liver oil tablets?

Having read up on it and given my dislike of anything spicy it’s probably not for me.

The one I use Mick is from "nutrition geeks" and is labelled Turmeric containing Curcumin, Ginger & Black pepper. All sounds very spicy but they are such small tablets they are easy to swallow (though I always take with water) with no after-taste. Sometimes use them with Seven Seas joint care supplement. Got them from Amazon. Works for me so worth a go? (Know what you mean about cod liver oil btw&#128513

The black pepper is important because it helps the turmeric into the system. If it ain’t got black pepper in it won’t do much.

Good luck to him and hope he makes a success of it. He was a hard worker on the pitch but never rated him as had little talent and rarely found the net.

    Best wishes to him though.
