Well done Notts, last 20 minutes were a hard watch but some brilliant defending in there, Grant and Mcdonald were excellent in the first half but I think Austin was brilliant the entire game, special mention to young Cisse and Reynolds...2 outstanding young talents 👏

Great result and the youngsters and fringe players all acquitted themselves well. COYP!

Muir was born the week after Kasper Schmeichel made his debut in the Munto season.

Past his 'best' ?? He's never had a'best'. One of the worst keepers we have ever had. He's cpst us so many points and three managers were blind to it. Nite.

“… one of the worst keepers we’ve ever had”??? And you ask me how long I’ve been watching Notts. We’ve had many worse and playing at higher levels too.

Mixed feelings over this result. I'm really pleased that our fringe players did well, it suggests we have real depth in the squad. The downside is that it means we have a decent chance of remaining in the competition.

I for one don't mind us being in this competition. Few bucks to earn, chance of Wembley and a great way to test fringe and junior players. Tonight every one out there was excellent , even slocombe, who apart from one error played well.
