My view is the new Government should examine these claims and get tax on the billions of profit that anyone made. Be better if they admitted the actual amounts they made and let HMRC calculate the tax they are due.
I would have an amnesty for this and look to avoid getting lawyers involved as it seems that they get more money than any victim.

Exactly. There is a paper trail, follow it and see what it turns up. I hope facts and some sensible changes to taxation rules. Looks like Labour are just the same as every other political party. Not better, not different just the same old same old.
