Don’t think we robbed a point as bad as we were first half and they were lot better, we were a lot better than them 2nd half.
Don’t mind Crowley dropping back so much when he’s actually playing CM as he was after Hinchy went off.
Thought Tarsoulla was pretty good throughout and playing inverted he drove towards their goal very well and also popped some good crosses in on his right.
Hard to dress it up anymore, but we had a tough game Sat, ravaged by injuries and a massive trip to a team up there competing.

We have to be happy with that.

Not an easy place to go and remember our roll call of players out - Jones, Scott, Edwards, Grant, Austin etc.
Crowley did a lot better in the 2nd half, and I understand it - if those picked in CM can't knit it together, he has to come back to do it. But does our CM always have to fail in its task?

Probably one of the worst Notts performances I have seen for a long time. Just completely ineffective and yes we robbed a point but it was against a very poor Barrow side, if anything we made them look good.
^^^^^I get the point about missing players but if that's the ability of our squad depth God help us.

Well done Tsaroulla, only person who turned up.
    Nah, you're catasthrophising there fella.
Platt and Bass also had good games, McGoldrick was trying hard but not everything came off. The subs did well to be fair. To say nobody turned up apart from Tsaroulla is just plain naivety.

We've drawn away with a top side in this division whilst having around 7 or 8 key players out.

I understand the frustration, but this result shows we are better equipped this season to lead a charge for promotion when the cards aren't stacked in our favour.

That was a frustrating watch. I thought we were garbage first half, and a bit better second. Too many players gifting the ball to the opposition and failing to win second balls. We were all over the place in the first' half. Not a memorable performance but we've somehow earned a point.

A better, more attacking effort on Saturday please!

If Barrow are meant to be one of the top teams in this League what does that say about the standard as a whole, it's woeful and barely watchable. Only Chesterfield have impressed me so far this season.

A weak and ineffective performance on the whole with Tsaroulla the bright spot against a poor barrow side and we robbed a point. Hinchy set the tone after 2 minutes with that pass and was deservedly subbed off. Better after Maynard's changes but there is really little to no movement at all without Jones drawing defenders and allowing others more space. I can understand why he is playing Crowley where he is but our attacking options without Dan and Jodi pulling strings upfront are severely limited. I would assume it will be one up front on Saturday now as well as Didzy must be knackered. I think it is a question of muddling through until we get our injuries back in the new year and staying in touch. Shades of Ardleyball but a bit worse.

Think a few need to remember this is LEAGUE 2 football, if you’re expecting your side to come out every game playing amazing it’s sadly not the league for you.
Promotion tipped Donny and Gillingham lost at home tonight, this is probably going to be what it’s going to be like all season, a grind.
