Guy that just died in jail after being sentenced to 2.5 years for basically screaming at the polis is a huge miscarriage of justice that the MSM will not report, meanwhile the two Muslim attackers at Manchester airport are free to walk the streets.

    Two tier ....nah no here.
In a nutshell. And the BBC is so pathetically woke. Dreadful current affairs reporting from them, influenced by far left wing student politics.

How are MSM going to change their opinion. When will they realise that biased reporting is the problem

Don't think they have any desire or inclination to change their opinion. They follow the political dogma of the left, totally believing they are right even when, on many of the principles and ideas, they are against the majority in the country.
If many of their woke beliefs on gender, immigration, race and a whole range of other areas were put to the whole UK public, referendum style, to gauge said public's opinion the left would find that they were well out of line with the findings. Then again that is why such an exercise would never be allowed and in any case the left would double down and ignore anything that didn't agree with their bigoted, narrow minded narrative.

The sickening thing is that the moderate right e.g. the last government , in a dash to the centre, have done nothing to counter all the nonsense spouted by the left, basically appeasing them too scared of the consequences to speak out.

Peter Hitchens calls it the slow march through our institutions and has been going on since late 60s.....slowly but surely the left ( not the working class left ) but the dogma driven crackpot left.....they have no desire to change their reporting, views or the ramming their dogma Doon the throats of sane people.

Jim Spence wrote a decent article in the courier ( still up ) with regards to the SNP s 24 genders.....once a staunch nationalist he now thinks we dodged a bullet in 2014 which wuda given these loonies more power.....I think more people are turning to that viewpoint.

I was actually surprised the courier which is now a staunch defender of this type of ****e actually printed it.

The Conservative party who aren't really conservatives are actually part of the problem.

I think of labour and conservatives party like the old firm....they actually need one another to share the power aboot.....the alternative SNP is akin to the dabs winning the league......so their ain't much choice.

Whether Reform will be allowed to turn the political landscape of this country on its head remains to be seen.

The Reform Party might do well in the May 2026 Scottish Government elections if they only put up candidates for the List seats. They would be playing the Greens at their own game but being pro Unionist they might get a lot of second votes from Conservative, Labour and Lib Dem voters to keep out the anti business and pro independence Greens.
I would be delighted to see all the Green list MSPs lose their seats in May 2026 thanks to tactical second voting.

I wholly agree with the first two sentences. I'm not convinced with Reform although they do have a fair few good ideas. They also have a few nutters in tow imo and splitting the right wing vote is not a great idea. Despite reckoning the Tories as useless and Reform as not fit for purpose, as they currently stand, some form of electoral pact or merger would seem to me to be the only way forward for the right of UK politics. The loony left, that is the lot only slightly loonier than the Labour Party, Communists, Workers Party etc. don't make much headway in UK politics and the Liberals, another shower of useless left leaning sorts, are only likely in future to form a pact with Labour if Labour required such at the next election. If we are to be saved from an ongoing left wing nightmare the right of UK politics surely has to get their act together over the next few years. It's ironic that as many of our neighbouring countries and many others around the world drift to the right we in the UK lurch to the left. Says it all about the state the feuding Tories left us in.

They might form a pact, can't see merger.

Plus labour will lose more seats to Islamists next time.

    Quite depressing.
