    Saturday 26th October

The results are in and someone has had a belter of a day!!!

No Shows: Full card today, well done everyone.

Weekly winner(s): Stand by your beds as the drill Sargeant use to shout.
Some poor, some average and some cracking scores today so overall, a mixed bag to view. 5 of you hit double digits from normal points making it a good top end contest. ELK set it all off with his score of 10 then along came Avondale, Millersrus and Ulley then threw in their 11 pointers but it wasn't good enough to stave off the efforts of glennMiller who lobbed on the table a 12 point finish. He claims the bonus 5 points for a total of 17 points overall, well don Sir.

Joker(s) played: x 3 played their Jokers. Both Pipppy and myself didn't do very well scoring only 6 points so doubling them up to 12 However, with GlennMiller hitting the heights of 12 points and gaining the weekly win bonus, he doubled the lot up to a staggering 34 points....Wow! Take a big bow indeed. Now that's how to play your Joker to great effect.

Predict a score: What a poor final score this one was that caught us all out as Man City could only beat Southampton 1 v 0.
No winners this time so it's a rollover to next weekend.

Wooden Spoon(s): Cayton don't panic it's not you.....Scoring 3 points, both HarryBow and Nardendee reach down to pick up a spoon each.....but wait chaps! You were saved by the bell as the hero last weekend, Harpo88, scored only 2 points but, he's also not alone as YAK joins him with his score of 2 points. Hard luck chaps but they're all yours.

A quick point to note is, Avondale, Bramley and HK Miller are the latest to pass the 100 point mark, well done indeed.

Plenty of points scored so much movement in the table was inevitable. After all that's happened today, Ronners is still top dog so he'll be pleased. Harpo88 sits in second and Avondale nudges up to take the third spot. GlennMiller with his massive score, propels himself from 3rd bottom up to a very respectable = 7th position. Cayton now shares the bottom slot with MillersTale.

    Saturday 2nd November

    Straight into it all........

No Shows: x2 Ackworth and MillersTale, probably just a blip.

Weekly winner(s): Well this was a three way scrap and we start with LeedsMiller who delivered a very worthy score of 12 points which at the time of marking, I thought would take some beating. Then along comes Adventus2012 laying down 13 points. This however wasn't enough to see off HK Miller with his very credible score of 14 points. From that lot he still got 4 of them incorrect so that is a great score overall. Gaining 19 points also gave him a great boost, well done Sir.

Joker(s) played: None played. You have exactly 8 weekends to get your first Jokers in, don't forget, use em or lose em

Predict a score: This was a rollover and CT Milller was all set to scoop all 10 points by predicting that Wycombe 3 v 2 York City would be the final score. LolMorgan decided otherwise to step in and make it 6 points each due to it being shared. Well done to the both of you as these points can become valubale throughout the season. I wouldn't know myself as I've yet to win some

Wooden Spoon(s): There's only one clear winner this weekend and luckily for him he's abroad in the sunshine taking in some great sunshine and cricket. I suppose it's best for him that he can't get to see this til he gets back home, as he scored a big fat zero
Take it away BramleyMiller, one I know you won't want to receive pal

We have a few more through the 100 barrier this weekend namely, CTMilller, GlennMiller and LolMorgan, well done you three.

With his great score of 19 points, HK Miller moves up and now sits proudly on the throne. Ronners still in good contention now drops down to 2nd and CTMilller, courtesy of his added bonus, takes the 3rd spot. All very tight at the top with Jokers galore still to be played, is making it all the more exciting.

By the grace of MillersTale failing to post, Cayton now climbs off the bottom of the table. A small reprieve for him to sleep easy on throughout the week, for now

    HK Miller =75+14=89+6=95+3=98+4=102+19=121
    (J) Ronners =73+8=81+6=87+20=107+6=113+3=116
