OK, I can help here with a reading suggestion.

Apparently, Yaxley-Lennon had a 25-year career in football violence, it seems he actually got paid to do it, which is good work if you can get it. You can buy his book about it on Amazon and read more true 'facts' about Luton's mob turning over West Ham, Chelsea, Everton, Millwall and every other mob in the country, and never giving it toes once.

The thread title is wrong btw, nobody has been convoicted of riot AFAIK, simply because it's very hard to prove.

Years since I did this kind of law but you have to show 20 or more people, acting with a like mind for the same outcome which is actually, not as easy as it sounds and which is why the lesser offence of affray is often used.

Yes, that's how the justice system works in this country - if the facts show you are guilty then you are GUILTY! You are then sentenced as the system decrees, which in this case was 18 months imprisonment.

Completely and utterly irrelevant. Unless you think that because a few others got away with breaking the law, Tommy should as well!

Indeed it will. His words were "They are disgusting fascists and we need to cut all their throats and get rid of them all." If that isn't a clear example of inciting violence I don't know what is. I hope they throw the book at him.

This is a prime example of the point I made earlier. He has had some decent representation, pleaded not guilty and will end up in front of a jury like they all should have done.

This is what you already think you know, in his own words, he's never denied it. I said 'read more', not just the stuff that reinforces your view, try and watch his documentary 'silenced', I think it's still on Youtube.

Surely you mean IF he's found guilty of breaking the law 😄
