New owners generally do (and understandably) want to bring in their own man, though there's now the very obvious example of Birmingham City to demonstrate just how spectacularly that can backfire if you're overly keen in making a change just to demonstrate you're the one now running the club.
The fact it’s being sold to existing shareholders and not new shareholders makes a difference IMO.
