Agree on Green, although given the situation we're in, he should be given a chance (if and) when fit, maybe this level is right for him.
Raggett has a lot to prove IMHO, agree there.
Jules looks solid, no issues there.
James also. No reason to think we could do better, and his ability to work in either a flat 4 or supporting on the wing brings something we wouldn't get from a lot of others.
Not clear why Humphreys is out of favour, maybe something to do with the SE criticisms.
McCart and Tiehi both limited. McCart just feels like a mistake in waiting, and Tiehis numbers tell the story many Millers don't want to accept. Neither should be starters ideally, but both capable to fill in when needed.

We have a squad capable of play-offs, or at least above mid-table. We're playing like we still have no clear idea on what formation suits us, who is best placed where, and essentially like it's pre-season. I said before that I'm both willing to give SE time, but that the signings seem scattergun - the way we are playing backs up the point on signings, but increasingly shows that SE isn't getting hold of the job and time may be limited because of it.

Raggett Jules aren't that mobile that's why I prefer 2 from Odoffin Humphreys McCart playing at centre back. Bramall prefer over James at left back. Nombe needs a better target man than we've got to play off to get the best out of him.

Think our squad is decent and quite capable of playoffs and promotion.
Quite apparent though they aren’t at their best playing the way they are being asked to.
Whether that’s because they can’t or won’t will be down to the manager to sort.
It falls to TS to back him or sack him.
When he was employed, his ways were well known, the current crop of players personalities and abilities were well known.
Surely the fit must have been given some thought.

You obv know we don't want relegation but imo a lot of the patience of the fans was washed away last season.
Ignore the style of play for a minute and look at the results. For a new team trying to jell the points haul is about what we expected. I would have hoped for top 10 by this stage but with us only being 7 points from the playoffs I guess we're in touch (ATM)

Now add the fact Evans who is very Marmite. A new squad who nobody has taken too. And the style of play all the above makes us look worst than we are.
Don't get me wrong. Evans has made some real howlers this season and he needs to change to keep his job. To keep the 2 wide players on the bench for most of the season is shocking and it has shown once he does have to gamble and bring on the hungbo/Holmes type players we start to become a threat.
We know this team has shown glimmers of a good team. For 45 minutes they dismantled posh and gowd knows how we lost to Wrexham..

Same up front how many headers do we win in the box? Very few or if we do they are weak or rarely on target. Tha needs to go to spec savers if tha dunt see how weak we are in the air.
Does a pro player need to practice heading a ball?

I've said several times that when we have Humphreys and McCart as the 2 CB we will struggle in league 1 with set pieces.
Most league 1 sides have 2 big CB and a big target man. Our tallest player is oddofin who somehow shrinks when he jumps..
Jules looks like he can handle himself as does raggett though he was not great Vs Barnsley.

Would help if we had a big brave goalkeeper who commanded his area.

Does Viktor know of any upcoming brave keepers from his homeland. You know what i mean, young, strong and brave with a brain who aren't 6'-5''.

I don't think it's purely a height issue at this level, at least two matches now we've had our CBs thrown around like they're kids. Some huge, strong, physical forwards at this level and we don't have many defenders with the sort of bite or physicality to take charge.

Brin, maybe our keepers are tall enough, could it be the coaching of them what's the problem?
