According to the Soho Green website these loans are usually one to three years in length.
You will also see that the DBPHL who are the holding company for Sandeman Properties Limited borrowed money from Soho Green secured over the Dens Park Stadium on 3rd October 2023 which was the same day as John Nelms announced that Dens Park was back under the control Dundee Football Club.
The application form applying for the loan from Soho Green secured over the Dens Park Stadium is worth a read.
Why would you expect anyone to mention it, you?ve been spouting about it long enough, even though there is no point to your comments

People will soon change their tune if the Dark Blue Property Holdings Limited directors do not replay their loans from Soho Green as Soho Green will become the owners of the 29.7 acres site at the former NCR Camperdown playing fields and Dens Park Stadium.
Soho Green would then likely advertise the sites for sale and sell them to the highest bidder to cut their losses.
Dundee Football Club could become homeless and be ground sharing at Tannadice Park.

See Islay's reply. It is a possibility, but there are other scenarios imo. It seems unlikely that so much effort is being made to get planning permission and a failure to repay a loan would put all that at risk. Don't know where the costs of the planning process are being racked up, but they could be substantial.

The problem with Islay is his worst scenario is a successful Dundee FC under John Nelms.
I've no doubt he will admit this.
I know RROS and he wants what's best for our club regardless who is in charge, unfortunately Islay has history we Nelms so wud rather the club do not progress.

Totally agree, i get the feeling that Islay would rather see the club go under and fold rather than progress and have success with as you say John Nelms in charge. I am no fan of Nelms not by a long stretch but all i want is what is best for DFC no matter who is at the helm.

A couple of questions for you Islay if you are reading this. Do you want a successful Dundee FC on and off the pitch under the current people in charge?

Or would you rather the current owners failed in their plans and ambitions for Dundee FC just so you could say i told you so?

The threat of ending up a tannadice is still there, until this stadium is built ( I don't think it will be anything like the all singing all dancing on the plans ) or some stadium is built or Dens is upgraded....it's very much where DFC will end up.

And as someone pointed out to me why does Nelms keep referring to Dens as a 19 th century stadium when no part of the current Dens was built in the 19th century?

I think your long standing opinion that we will end up at Tannadice either permanent or temporarily is becoming a distinct possibility. Dens has two maybe three seasons at best in its current condition unless we just use the two stands behind the goal until the planned new stadium is built.

I just want people to be more alive to the danger.......which I believe will become fairly apparent if planning turned down.

If they do start building it the threat swings onto utd as I think they will be very tempted to get involved.

And A shares won't ultimately save us from moving to tannadice........stall at best.

But it's worst case scenario which I obviously hope will never happen

I want a successful Dundee FC with FPS doing what they said they would do prior to the Dee4life members casting their vote in favour of FPS purchasing a majority shareholding in Dundee Football Club Limited.
