I expect the mood is generally different following a loss than after a win. Subtle but enough to affect the general tone in the audience to the point somebody may feel emboldened enough to ask a more difficult question, or to put it across more forcefully than they would otherwise.

If I were organising these things I'd always try to pick a date that followed a home game which we were likely to secure three points.
Yeah they've been streamed on You Tube previously but to be fair have been pretty amateurish with crap sound and a fair few pointless and repeated questions that take ages. I often thought there's 2 hours of my life I'll never get back

It will be available to view after it's finished at some stage, probably on Pie Player.

Not a surprise, there'll be plenty of players there more than capable of making the step up a division. Also saw it posted still looking abroad but obviously only aloud one more.

A few things I remember from the evening…

    * We have an above-average budget for the division, but are far from having the biggest budget. As RM described it, a few clubs have very big budgets for L2, then there’s a group with similar above-average budgets, which is where we sit.

    * A striker offering something a little different to what we currently have is on the radar for January.

*Asked about inverted wing backs, SM pointed out the benefits of having a wing back being able to clear with their best foot when the ball comes in from the opposite flank. He said we were conceding a lot of goals this way last season, but we’re not now. He thinks Bass is the best keeper in L2.

    * SM and the club both prefer Friday to Sunday games when we have a clash with Forest. A show of hands among those present showed an overwhelming majority also preferred Fridays.

    * We got a very favourable deal from Spurs with Abbott - sounds like we’re not paying too much for him. RM likes loan players because they represent great value for money, but it’s a gamble when you get raw U-21s who’ve not played men’s football before.

    * Although the padel court and the Nest are listed as separate entities, they contribute towards making the club more self-sufficient. The revenue from them goes into the club.

    * Talking of the Nest, West Ham fans spent a fortune there the other week. I’ve always liked WHU.

    * Not many questions for the bros, but they reiterated their aim of getting us promoted. RM mentioned getting promoted this season several times, forcing wry smiles from SM.
