Think the rent appears as a liability in the accounts and it is reduced with each year of payment.

What was the original annual rent.
How much did it increase each year.
When was the rental period due to end.
Are you not prepared to answer how the rent increases came about? Is that because it doesn't fit the narrative you've given so far? Or do you just not know?

As far as I am aware there was an agreed total sum of rent due to be paid over a substantial period time which might have been 20 years.
The rental payments were low at the beginning which them increasing in size every year until the rental payments ended after the end of the agreed period.
You would need to ask Bob Brannan who was the Dundee Football Club Limited Chairman in 2009 what the annual rental payments were, what was the agreed increase every year and when the rental agreement was due to end.

    No, you wouldn't.

You would need to ask Dee4Life as Bob Brannan etc did not arrange that.

If you know Dee4life were responsible, is correct to assume that you were involved in the discussions?

Bob Brannan was the Chairman of Dundee Football Club Limited when the lease and rental agreement was agreed with John Bennett after John Bennett purchased the title deeds of Dens Park from Lloyds Banking Group in 2009 for five hundred thousand pounds.

That's correct. And that lease was very friendly to Dundee FC.

Subsequently it was renegotiated by Dee4Life. And then became the rent increasing lease you're complaining about today.

No problem, I was hoping you might have been involved and been able to explain the situation.
