    The bloke is worth billions.

I do find it amazing that the likes of Wycombe, Birmingham and Wrexham are at the top of the division. I wonder why?

In 4 months time, we'll see the financials. We'll see if Tony Stewart simply lost interest or if he gave Matty Taylor too much financial support because he (he didn't really) kept us up.

Either way, unless the Stewart family want to keep on running the club, I think it's time he looks to offload the club. He's too old and it's clear the club needs a reset.

Doesn't excuse the abuse he's getting though.
I think you make some really good points here. You are correct money is a huge factor and our chairman isn't in the same league as other owners. I think we can see our financial position by the fact we didn't start the season with a full squad and vastly reduced the playing staff over the summer. That isn't a criticism of TS, keeping the club financially viable and alive is a priority. However, when you do that you cannot be that surprised by the outcome. He has been and still is a good chairman we have had our most successful season in our history under his leadership, but as you say it might be time for a change.

I am not sure I see him getting abuse, he is being criticised and that is par for the course of a football club owner. Perhaps I am not looking where you are, I don't do social media and living abroad I don't get to go to enough games in person anymore. I do agree with you that he shouldn't be receiving abuse.
