People spent good money to attend that game and people had hopes raised by the first half only to be shot down by the second half. If nothing else I hope he has learnt to be open/obvious about the approach to a game so people can make a choice about spending hard earned ?.
First, isn't all money good money ?
Second, how can you be sure it was all 'hard earned '

Sorry, can I just check what we're suggesting here?
That within a few days of tickets going on sale, the manager should announce to supporters whether or not he intends to field a full strength side? Do you think he should send the opposition an email as well, just to make sure they're aware?
Also he might as well put the team sheet out on Thursday just in case there's anyone still in 2 minds?

I think he should use some vaguely sensible tactics and not make five substitutions in about two minutes when 2-1 up with half an hour left in a game 2,000 people have travelled to watch and would quite like to win.

Peterborough were getting frustrated at 2-1 down there was justification in us making one or two subs but it really was stupid to make four knowing that extra time was a possibility and someone might get injured. If it isn't broke, don't fix it. People waffling on about the Walsall game, well given our record against teams near the top it's unlikely we'll win that anyway.

The fans calling for Maynard to be sacked I’ll guarantee were saying we’d be bottom half before the season started. Yet here we are, with a depleted squad just 2 points outside the automatics.
If we’d have sacked Maynard in the summer and were currently in the same position, people would be saying it’s proof that Maynard wasn’t good enough.
As for the subs. Posh were pilling on the pressure and it felt the inevitable was coming. He brought on Ness to add more height at the back and Austin as Tsaroulla was fading.
I think AJ was coming off with Tuesday in mind but Scott then went down with what looked like a hamstring injury.
If Didzy is injured, and I suspect he is if he wasn’t on the bench, and Scott has just gone down holding his hammy then I’m glad AJ went off if he’s our only fit striker.
We were under similar pressure at Doncaster and Maynard got panned for not making changes. Then when he does, he still gets panned.
We lost 4-3 to a league 1 team and dominated for large spells. Calling for the managers head is bed wetting at its finest!
Not sure how both Peterborough piling on the pressure and we dominated for long spells can both be true but either way I thought we were fairly comfortable 2nd half until the subs. We might have capitulated anyway but they certainly didn?t help.

If we were pulling trees up in the league you could put today down as one of those things, but we all know the vast majority of this season has been thoroughly mediocre regardless of our false position in the league.

Looks like Walsall made 6 changes to their starting line up today from their last League game. They lost 4-0 at home but at least they will be rested for Tuesday.
Seems like they have decided you can't have your cake and eat it.

I still try, but the man?s doing my head in. Couldn?t have been more obvious what we needed to do in the second half today and he offered up the exact opposite, can?t make sense of it.

Our record against Peterborough is something like 1 win in 16 so we'd have been better of doing what Walsall did and reat 6 and lose 4-0. Better than losing 4-3 and losing out main defender for Tuesday game I'd say!!

Mediocre? Ok we?re not 5points clear at the top but 5th is not mediocre. Maybe Port Vale Walsall and Crewe are in a false position too and Carlisle and Swindon ? Or is it just teams managed by Maynard
