When I saw the team sheet and saw Fleming playing up top I guessed the outcome. Fleming bar Leeds away has been dreadful in every single game he has played, and simply offers zero.

I don't like singling players out but a striker who doesn't look for space and put himself about is worthless in my eyes. He was completely feckin static for all the minutes he played

This fecker gets paid 30k a week, so yes he deserves some flack

Downwards for us unless he changes his tactics and buys a striker who can score. Your lads will stop up Rammy and consolidate for next season .👍

That was always going to be the plan. Consolidate this season and then hopefully push on again next season.

Posted so many times Ballcock he?s not a no9 in any way shape or form tbf to him - lost sheep
I?m afraid up top on his own.

But what I will say is as long as we continue to play football in front of teams there will be more results like tonight?s - the stats read beautifully 60/70% possession but no penetration at all.

We can?t deliver balls into the box because no one wants to get on the end of them so we pass and pass and pass until we lose possession we retrieve the ball with decent press and then we pass some more.

A forward is required but a change of tact would be a big step forward in my opinion anyway - I think SP is more frightend to lose than he is to win.

I will say though a pattern is forming teams that come to block the hole up generally leave with a point but we don?t seem as though we can supply and answer.

It?s never easy playing against a side that doesn?t want to play , been there a few times and it?s frustrating- however the manager gets paid a lot of money to sort that so sooner rather than later would be appreciated

Looked like a stonewall penalty to me when Phillips put his hand out to deflect Brownhill's shot.

    Fine margins.

It did Bt and sometimes small incidents change games and tfat may have been the key to the lock, however teams are so comfortable with us playing sideways football ( I appreciate we are probing trying to create spaces ) but unless the manager installs a formula where we run the channels and get beyond the full backs and centre backs there is going to be some depressing games for us in the second half of the season ( as teams at the bottom end start to really need points to survive the situation for us will worsen ).
For his faults koleosho who gets some stick on here tried to get beyond people when substituted ( god only knows why he was sat there for so long )

    For all
My sticking up for Foster regardless of his lack
Of goals we are a better team with him in it as he understands the runs to make and how to move players around , without the odd run from Brownhill breaking the lines - most teams that come just have it very easy for most of the time in games.

I?m not writing us off just yet but mr Parker needs to change his philosophy for me and find a way of improving our transition in the final third , footballers at this level are talented enough to adapt to what?s asked of them so he needs to get a formation that works and allows us to get people in and beyond their backline or well fizzle out by January.

For all the years I?ve been watching the fans have always insisted on good football ( didn?t always get it ) but always wanted it and I feel if SP doesn?t adapt and change things soon the murmurings will star and he?ll be gone by January.

So for me his luck needs to change or his way of playing - or both if he?s going to survive and take us forward - interesting to see what happens in this transfer window
