First time I've left a game this season satisfied. For some reason we were up for it and we pressed them incessantly. What has happened to instil this urgency into our game?! Shout out for Phillips who coped with everything thrown at him effectively. All around the park, everyone did their bit. More please!

Northampton were shocking, worst team I've seen down here this season so far, however, that doesn't alter how well we played and this kind of performance has to be the norm to push on. Green was outstanding, and our wing play on both sides was excellent, we could, and should, have had 5 or 6 but a clean sheet is always nice and even their caretaker manager had no excuses in his post match interview.

Watched the highlights and our first goal in real time looks offside. However when do the pause / freeze frame it looks like it may have been a perfectly timed run. It would be one for VAR.

Good performance. As above Oddofin was excellent - that?s his position. IF he wants to, then offer him 3 years more to play just there. I do suspect he?ll want to go though.

Powell also had a very good game as did Tiehi before his departure.

Special praise for JCH - he was outstanding. Movement, threat and finishing. His second goal was a special finish.

Very pleased for Green as well. I don?t really remembering him from before but he looks a handful.

Zak Jules also worth a mention - he looks solid.

As for the usuals on here looking for a dig at Evans. Get a life!

Agree rest of the side also backed them up. Can we play with just 2 in midfield in tougher games especially away from home?
