Agree on the Eddie loyalty thing - but that is a known thing and we should be prepared as a club to push an issue I guess.

Times up for Wilson. He had a bit of credit in the bank which has now been fully burnt. I wasn't keen on keeping him this season if you remember.

I think so. I used to play a bit of rugby and there comes a time (age) when you can?t play a half without tweaking something or other. Its when you have to seriously consider hanging up your boots. Sadly I think Wilson is getting there - hope Im wrong.

When his contract is due to expire in 2025, then offer him a new contract for a further season.
The contract would be simple. Pay as you play.

I think we need to get him off the books. Let him go, free up his wages and a space in the physio roo....erm...squad.

Not for me, if for no other reason then that he would be taking up a valuable squad place which are limited in number

We need someone to complement and take a load off Isak. That someone needs to 1) deliver 15+ goals over the course of a season, at least, and 2) stay fit for the majority of the season.

I'm not sure Wilson can do 1) anymore, but I'm certain that he can't do 2).

Time to say goodbye to a great servant.

Lots of reports saying we are not going to renew his contract.

I think to be honest, this is the right choice.

Nice bloke, been great for us - when playing but we need someone we can rely on to back up Isak.
