To me it’s about having a social conscience within a democratic scenario, whilst communism denies many civil liberties. This sums it up pretty well.

Thanks for taking the trouble to post that up, i presume your on the communist side. It is true that you cant introduce communista stuff just like that, it starts off like the stuff on the left, then gets worse. Its true for the tories too, they would become as abusive as the communists with power that does not end. Not that the tories are tories anymore.

Which is why elections are so important, the root of all is that power totally corrupts.

The west without Trump and Reform would become a savage left wing dictatorship run by the super wealthy, running all for their own benefit.

Arnt people like you supposed to oppose that stuff? The column on the right describes Labour perfectly.

With the democrats and labour i would have to speak and behave in a manner acceptable to them, or face sanctions, fines, even jail, it would be like living in Russia. I am a provider of services, the hoi polloi, targeted by the left as evil, my taxes would be through the roof, oh, they are.

    Socialism kills the golden goose.

To give it to the as sholes who sit at home doing sweet f all. Theres about 3 million in Britain. Communism is a high grade cancer, socialism is more pernicious but deadly, i prefer freedom.

We are a seriously rich country, our income per year, per day, must be astronomical, but we are bankrupt, thanks to the left, and i include the Tories. Sunak gave away money like a lunatic.

Is it not better to let people live?

Not control. This countries biggest problem is parliament, as corrupt and evil as any pit of hell.

Wrong. The last few Labour Governments have taken the centre ground, and in some cases displaced the Tories from it. They’ve actually moved to the right. Now the Tories under Badenoch are lurching to the right, and I see that today she’s in favour of flattening taxation rates which would make the rich richer and the poor poorer. Trickle-down again, it’s never worked (other than for the rich).

I see you’re a fascist now Frank, a follower of Reform, even though it’s not a political party. That MP for Clacton who’s hardly been there since the election and cosplays as a farmer, Tice who needs Oakshott to speak for him, 30p Lee who’s constantly looking for a fight, the one who beats up women and the other nonentity. And all the gammons have been taken in. Is that you Frank?

Keir Starmer and Rachel Reeves should be ashamed of themselves for not paying out to the WASPI women who lost out on their pensions, when they wasn?t in government they was both wholeheartedly behind the them in public and now they?ve the chance to correct the damage done they basically told them to f00k off, you?re getting nowt

    I bloody hate politicians

Here’s a report on the recommendations from March Chalky. Tories didn’t pay them anything either.

    https://professionalparaplanner.co.u...-compensation/

There was no compulsion to pay what was recommended and any Government that did would have to find the ?10 billion needed. How would you go about funding that? And what next? Men seeking compensation for previously having to work until 65 to get a pension whilst women qualified for theirs at 60? You really don’t want to open that can of worms.

Two wrongs do not make a right though griff and why have an Ombudsman if no bleeder takes any notice of it

We have all seen the photos of Starmer and Reeves posing with the women of WASPI when they was not in power probably slagging off the Tories for not doing anything about it and then when they get into power themselves they do exactly the same

I am not going to get into a discussion about politics with you or Frank because I only know about 1% about the subject that you two do but I think that Starmer and Reeves should look at themselves in the mirror and be ashamed for doing what they have done

On the same lines but nothing to do with Labour it has always p1ssed me off that the retirement age was raised from 65 to 67 for men,I put in the pot for over 40 years so should be entitled to retire at 65 as had every adult before me,if the government wanted to raise the age then they should have from the working age of 16,women got it far worst of course having their retirement age raised by five years, tbh I can?t even believe that it was allowed in the first place, how much is a state pension anyway, whatever it is I could have had it in two years but instead have to wait for four even though I?ve paid my dues, politics make me sick but it?s a necessity evil
