Why would anyone in football have loyalty? Many Notts fans were(including me) were wanting Maynard sacked a couple of weeks ago and now look at us.

He was gleefully predicted to be sacked this season on here earlier with quotes supplied from a Swansea website to support.

Since then they have gradually improved and have been looking up in the top half of the season ever since. Doesn?t look like they are even close to struggling but as we know football fortunes can change suddenly

He isn;t going to get much better with Swansea and has improved them. Are you suggesting he allows himself to stagnate?

I get what your saying dude, just sticks in the craw a bit that he is saying the same about both clubs less than a year apart.. I suppose loyalty is a thing of the past... can't blame him in truth but probably wouldn't get 3 months there if they don't at least finish in the playoffs

Exactly, a sport where the players have a short career to make money and the managers are always one game away from the sack, how can anyone expect loyalty???

William is a great manager but I don't have much clue about the West Brom set up style etc.
