O/T Happy New Year

I had the biopsy, waited, got the all clear, problem with the prostate, in 2010-11 , saw the consultant every year, with
2 psi's a year, having a enlarged prostate.
Since about 18 months to 2 years since I had a MRI scan looking for prostate cancer, because my psi's are very high,
consultant said, if we don't get in touch, you know you don't have prostate cancer.
Not heard a thing since the MRI scan, never had a appointment to see consultant, even though last twice been phone
appointments before the scan.
Still have psi test through my doctor's surgery.

I had my biopsy on my thyroid. They said that the results would take 10 to 12 days. I?ve not heard anything so I?m hoping that they don?t call before my appointment on the 21st January.
My wife is more stressed than I because she thinks that it wouldn?t take a minute to phone and say either way.

A Happy New Year to all and bon courage (French) to all those facing personal challenges, be it health, wealth or some other difficulty, especially those who have shared on here to whom I send my best wishes. It does seem that as we get older we are beset with more problems but we still have to look forward with hope and we do have a wealth of memories to look back on. (From someone officially "elderly")
