I can't help but totally disagree. He showed huge progress during our good run. There's no doubting he's regressed since then but there's definitely a player in there. Despite his size and presence, he isn't a natural leader, most people aren't. I agree with Jormungand's sentiment, having leader like Tobers alongside him keeping him in check could be the way forward. Tobers will be experienced enough (unlike Malloy) to read that the long ball will most likely bounce over Rubys head and be able to slot in behind to cover instead of attacking the ball also (like Malloy).
