Not on January agenda .....rolls into February.

Wonder if the guy wannabe leader of this country who likes a bit of FTD chanting has anything to do with this or Nelmsy ain't that fussed.

    Mmmmm, let's think.

I believe somebody won't be fussed as long as he has a majority of fans dangling off his fishing line.

The funding costs can't be getting lower.

In my opinion it suits Nelmsy to drag this along because if Dark Blue Property Holdings Limited get PPIP for their new stadium development then it be ‘bite on the bullet’ time for Nelmsy and Tim Keyes.

According to posts on TDB the Dundee City Council planning department are still waiting for answers to questions they have submitted months ago to John Nelms.
If correct then this is typical John Nelms who barricades himself in his bunker at Gardyne until people give up and go away.

I contacted my local councillor after the September meeting announcement, and she got back to me saying that we had not supplied what planning considered to be an adequate solution to something or other. Yesterday on social media, think it might have been one of the Dundee fan groups on Facebook, a guy related his similar experience as a result of this latest delay announcement. So the Nelms team is considered by planning not to be complying with their wishes. The road to nowhere. My own view is that I cant see them spending all of this money on a bluff, but it hasn't got any closer, it would appear. Incompetence ,naivety, arrogance? Who does that sound like? Or is that me?

I think the doomsday clock on the doomsday scenario of moving to tannadice ticks ever closer with every delay.

There's no plan b......so it will be plan z

Correct, no plan B, no groundshare, just new stadium project. No certainty that if planning permission is granted, that the stadium will be built, imo.

Absolutely no certainty until, and if ever, a Dundee FC side actually kicks a ball in a new stadium. Until then it continues to be a pipe dream.
