Many Wrexham fans didn't want him there. I think their opinion has been justified as time has gone on.

I believe that ML needs to play in a team that plays a particular way. If he's on fire, then that way is devastating, but if he isn't, then the whole team fails. A bit unfair to keep slagging Milwall off - it's also odd that clubs weren't queuing up to buy him.

When you play at a higher level, there's more pressure, more competition and you're playing against better players. I think ML's move was better for Notts than many imagined. It just hasn't worked for ML as well though, but if he gets a loan move, things might come right for him.

I would guess most championship clubs didn?t want to take a risk on an unproven 27 year old if he was 22-23 I reckon more would have done.

He will score plenty in league one imo and Wrexham fans are not the oracle of anything he wouldn?t do as well there as they are a route one side which doesn?t play to his strengths that is the same for any player you wouldn?t put Messi and Salah up front for the old crazy gang would you ?!

We got a good deal for him and he got a nice wage increase nobody has lost out really other than perhaps Millwall ho could get a large slice of the fee back if he did well at say a Charlton, Bolton or Huddersfield.

Smiffy posted that maybe he should have to gone to Wrexham - I just said many of their fans didn't want him to go there.

The thing is Maccas game is not based on pace. His age shouldn't be to detrimental for him as hes a natural goalscorer finding half a yard in congested areas.

Perhaps he has simply taken it a league too far.
There are very few "Vardies" out there!
He's gone from NLN (level 6) to FLC (level 2) in a very short time.

Swansea would seem to fit Maccas game especially with LW as their manager.

Yet no interest in the summer from club or head coach. Unless of course part of the deal when LW left is that he couldn?t raid Notts. Wouldn?t stop LW and Swansea taking Macca on loan now though.

I genuinely don?t think many Championship clubs think Macca is Championship level. Millwall were desperate for goals and took a risk on Macca. It?s not worked out, yet.
