Wednesday are a big club with a large support. He has a chance to prove himself and stick two fingers up to the mongs in our support.

Of course it could be a load of shyte.
Remarked at start of the season that as much as I loved Nilsen coming in and directing operations and bossing ab’dy left, right and centre, had he come in to my work and done that my back would be right up. Can understand if it’s got up folks noses.

I like Jack, thought he’d be our new Consi, the local stalwart. I also think he’s a better player than he gets credit for.
He?s been unlucky in timing of his contract ending in that there’s still lingering animosity over Barron and folk have leapt to put 2 & 2 together re him following suit. I just don’t see him going there. Hope I’m proven right.

I wouldnt say I have been McKenzies biggest fan but it?s got nothing to do with him being a homegrown player.

Theres been spells this season and last season where he has been good but like most of the players in the last few seasons he has been poor as well.

I would have been happy if he decided to stay because I think he would have got more consistent in the next few years.

Good luck to him though I hope he does well but I think he will find it tough to get in their team ahead of Max Lowe who seems to have a lot of experience at that level since his loan spell with us.

I like Nilsen, but he's no Willie Miller. No point pointing and shouting at players when your next pass goes to the opposition. I could understand some players annoyed at that, especially the managers very own signing.

Going by what I saw on the pitch, that was what was getting to Jack.

I only saw Miller in his last few years, but I doubt Jack would have survived shouting at Willie on the pitch.

My first away game at St.Mirren, Ian Robertson made a tiny mistake. Miller & McLeish went right through him on the pitch. I thought it was a bit out of order to be honest but the two of them liked to keep standards high

No idea if true or not.

If true, good luck to him.
If we can get money for him, McGrath & Duk this window Id take it.

IMO McKenzie & McGrath especially have been phoning it in last few weeks - maybe understandable to an extent if you dont want to risk injury before a move, but zero use to us.

Sheff Wed would be a good move, good luck to him, though I dont think hes good enough for that level & hes certainly not better than Max Lowe.

Im entirely confident we can replace him with better, Jensen is also on board now too, so take the cash & run.

I believe I worked with Ian Robertson a few years back. Wasn't up for speaking about fitba though. Maybe I now know why.

A defender with a left fit
Anybody who can pit their fit on the ba’
Anybody who can take a corner that doesn’t go straight into the goalies hands
    Anybody who gives a ****

Genuinely, bar Pape whos earned a reprieve, we need to clear out everyone who was with the club before Thelin took over (plus Nisbet too).

We have yet another team full of spineless cowards who are incapable of playing the style Thelin wants. Just get rid.

Im sick to the back teeth of year after year having a bunch of players inflicted on us that just embarrass us & the jersey. Its gone on for fuuckin decades.

Thelin needs to wise up a bit too. This constant one trick pony tactical approach needs to change

    1) Youve not got enough of the players you need yet that are good enough to play how you want.
    2) Everyone else knows this & has it sussed how to beat you & them.

So show some managerial nouse & adapt your style & approach min, cause this cannot go on.

    100%

For me this is slightly different from the McGhee era when we knew all the players were ridiculously sh1te. Weve got a squad that should be able to perform to a half decent level in this league.

Theyre not being sent out to perform to their ability & that?s on the manager

That said, I wouldnt be against ditching half the squad either. They don?t seem to have much in the way of character
