Jake, who knows? I suppose it is what their agents have been up to or securing for them behind the scenes. Both seem to want to put the effort in of late where in the past we have seen players not try once they know they are leaving the club.

I still feel neither will be staying and playing like they are, will surely get them a new contract somewhere else. It is a shame when you consider we know their capabilities. The treatment of Haks has been utterly appalling and if I were him I would be off.

Evo blasting Cam in the media has definitely soured relationships with them both but, has Cam woke up because of the kick up the arse? Or, is he now putting the effort in to showcase himself to prospective clubs? I was there at Leyton Orient on that cold Tuesday night and I would have given him 1/10 he was that bad and prior to that poor display he wasnt really putting the effort in. Look at him now, Championship standard.

If they do leave it must be for some serious money and not peanuts, thing is both their contracts have been run down not only by the players but more importantly the club have dithered once again.

I was told we paid ?750k for Nombe with addons that could take it to a million.The same might be for the Tiehi deal.

It doesn't matter anyway, the money is being used to balance the books, we won't see any increase in the budget this window, in fact at the moment the budget appears to being reduced.
TS has done a lot for the club and we should be grateful and thankful for his ownership up to this point, he also keeps the club in existence and that also deserves our appreciation. However it is clear to anyone that can see that TS is cutting back and reducing his exposure, for whatever reason. Evans is shoved out in front of the microphones everyday to tell a story, he loves the limelight and RS, Pd and the stewarts can keep a low profile and avoid any criticism.

Agree with all of this to be honest. It's clear to see the cost cutting occurring because there is zero chance of a return to the Championship this season, despite initially setting up for it.

I wouldn't be shocked to see the club up for sale in the coming months.

Not sure it's TS cutting the budget. That's what happens when you get relegated. The first season we went down with warne incharge. He was asked to reduced the wage bill by 2 million. He did a great job
