[QUOTE=shedka;40639846]Not heard of them selling out despite two heroic draws, any updates James?

Why don't they keep that section D free for derbies to see how sales go when they know we could help them sell out

In the 90s before the cheap stands were thrown up behind the goals Utd got behind both goals and packed them out[/QUOTE
No you didn’t you only got the provie rd end in the league cup final , and on thatday the dees were in the TC Keays end , I don’t think you’ve ever had behind the goals on the same day and I’ve been going to the derbies since 1960

Then like many Dees, your memory doesn't serve you well

I was at a few derbies in the provie end where we were behind both goals in the 90s

Footage available of these, here is one from 1995

Let's not forget your fans disappeared for a few years in the 90s only crawling out the woodwork under bonetti, you averaged under 3k in 1997 while we were averaging over 9k the same year

I was in the Provie that day too. Fecking brilliant. We had to hide the scarves to get in the queue mind. But when Ralph scored, all the scarves came out and it was clear that about a third of the Provie was full of United fans.

TBF, the Dundee fans next to us were well behaved and didn't cause any bother, so fair play to them for realising it was our day.

Yes it was indeed your day , it was pay at the gate that day , so anybody could really go anywhere , and as the tc Keays end was full loads of you guys came into the provie , I was also in the provie to begin with that day , there was a great atmosphere all around the ground and no trouble , in fact a lot of Dundee fans including myself stayed back at the end to watch you celebrate , although I couldn’t bring myself to applaud your team

Fair play to you, I'm not sure I could have done that if the boot was on the other foot
