    Unless it has damaged his relationship with the club, SM would be mad to leave IMO.

    However he should and hopefully would ask for a replacement AHC and I'd hope that's also part of the club's ongoing scouting efforts.

    It won't be the first time The Brothers have replaced an asst head coach the scottish guy MO something was dismissed as Burchnall's assistant for racial abuse and replaced with Doyler

    SM will not go. he has got the team playing well and probably 80% of the support with him now. Has there been any difference since they disappeared? Not in the slightest, in fact probably much better recently.

    Good point , Joao Alves is a very good coach and as you say it's working very well.
    JOB would be a good asset but may be well settled at Sheff Utd.

    Mo Ross was AM at Fleetwood before leaving for family reasons.
    Charlie Adam was the boss before he was later sacked.
