Scarlett is unlikely to get in the Spurs team if he couldn't get a game at Oxford
His goal on Saturday shows the trust the management have in him to deliver the goods. As long as he can stay fit, this is proving to be the model loan arrangement: we get a real talent who is totally committed and improves our first XI; Spurs get a better footballer at the end of the season.

Great news! George reminds me a bit of Ryan Yates when he was on loan in that he plays like a seasoned professional despite being a ****ager. Big future ahead of him. Hopefully he can start his first season in men's footy with a promotion.

This is great news. The kid isn?t just playing well, he also looks to be enjoying his football which is key.
He is somewhat short of Premier League standard but looks to be on a steep trajectory towards the Premier League.
I wonder if Notts could tempt Spurs in to another loan for him next season, especially if we are in L1 or whether Spurs will be looking at The Championship.

Great news , brilliant player reminds me of Paul Scholes but George Abbot can tackle properly !
Technically very good , can pick a pass and knows where he's going to play the pass before receiving the ball. Throw in a good engine , positional sense , physical resilience, a goal scoring threat and barring injuries will have a very good career.

One of the best bits of news this season.
    Good luck George.

I know we are all hoping for automatic promotion but do we know if he will be available for the playoffs?

I?d have thought anyone with more than 1 leg would have a chance of getting into spurs team at present

I would think so. Loan contracts generally do include play-offs I think. But more an educated guess than true knowledge.

The brought on 17 year old Mikey Moore at the weekend
    He looked pretty good
I'd suspect they have other players still at Spurs like him they can bring in without recalling the lads who are out on loan

I remember a goalkeeper called Archie Mair who was on loan. He did OK in the play-off final!
