Sadly you're wrong because Pilsner (which is popular in Germany...) is a lager, and Kellerbier is also a lager.

Edit: For the folks at home, lagers are often carbonated types of beer, it's made using different strains of yeast...

... And weirdly was invented/discovered by the Bavarians.
