Erm, Hinchy?s looking pretty useful right now, Martin was improving all the time and got himself a contract at the same level as us, Virtue?s not been doing too bad at Fleetwood after a few years in League 1 and the Championship with Blackpool and Lincoln, but you?ve got a point there, the first two started slowly and the third (Hardy?s big signing from Liverpool) joined a basket case club unrecognisable from the Notts of today.

Martin has only got a contract to the end of the season so expect him to come good around the end of April
