I thought Bowyer was funny today. Evans was ranting something and bowyer turned and looked him straight in the eye and said something that made Evan?s shut up and sit down.

The manner of defeat was bad. They were better, quicker and more competitive in every area.

After their second, we kick off and instead of calming it down and regrouping we hit a long hopeful ball which we don?t compete for then not lay a glove on them and the add a third and kill the game without having to do much.

We were absolutely murdered out wide.

Last Saturday was paying to park car this bloke was saying to someone else heard Nombe he's going to Charlton. Watch this space or more likely nothing in it. But he doesn't look a type of player to be out injured for long.

Hard to see how we get any kind of return on investment with that scenario- most likely a loss if we were to do that. Unless, of course he just wants out which would be a surprise given that he seems to be one of the players who actually puts the full shift in

Tony would always want to break even (at least) on Nombe, his biggest outlay at the behest of someone called Matt Taylor (who???) Anything less and I can hear the Yorkshire motto loud and clear. HOW MUCH!?

So why did we go to hoof-ball in the game.

Wonder what North West Corner has to say on Evans tactics today.
I am sure Evans was pretty pissed off with that to be honest. First 10 mins we played football and scored a superb goal. I am sure that Evans then instructed the players to hoof it so we would lose. The players were accountable for that yesterday.

Why is it we find a way to attack a team, by playing on the floor, using a wide system, then
    revert back to hoof-ball.

Why do you think this Eric?.
Obv the way we dismantled Bolton and Charlton was some of our best play of the season. I can't for one minute imagin Evans has told them to go back to earlier in the season and start hoofing it.
The keeps had loads of outlet chances yesterday and waved the defenders away and hoofed the ball.
Why?. Were the defenders lazy and having a day off? The midfield was non existent and the 2 who were sat in there were getting pulled all over the place.
Skip back to the home game thread and the comments were exactly the same.

Evans is/was at fault. he should have dropped Kelly into the McWilliams places and left Sibley on the bench. We needed 4 in midfield yesterday and the first half we had 3 cos Sibley was playing as an attacking midfielder. Mcdonald was run ragged by midfield movement. He didn't know if to follow the midfielder or keep the shape. When he did follow the midfielder it left loads of space for the fullback..

This all happened because we didn't win the midfield and Sibley left us light. 2nd half Sibley sat deeper and we looked more balanced. TBH on the 2nd half play he looks like he could be a good signing though time will tell

The rumour doing the rounds is that Nombe wants to go back to London for family reasons Charlton and a local club (Barnsley? They wanted him when we signed him) have bid a fee that gives us our money back. He wants to go to Charlton we will not let him go whilst we have signed a replacement.

Kion Etete from Cardiff is the rumoured replacement he ran us ragged when Cardiff won at NYS on Sky

As I said all the above are rumours so may not be true
