If we can see off Leeds tonight and then beat the Blades at home we can win this thing.

I think we are evens to finish in the top two with Sheffield United at 11/10 and Sunderland the rank outsider. As I see it Leeds will be Champions and we will be scrapping for the other automatic spot with the Blades. Getting a target man alongside Flemming could make all the difference in the remaining 17 games. I wouldn’t want to go through the play offs.

Weeds and the Blades in my opinion will be automatic. The Blades have had a blip at the moment but they have strengthened up front and the benefits of those additions will soon show.
Having the best defence in the football league is all well and good but if you offer nothing at the other end then we are not going to get promoted even via the play-offs.0-0 draws and averaging less than a goal per game does not get you promoted. If we do not strengthen before the window shuts we will not get promoted.
Who cares though because we will have broken all the records for least goals conceded and for having the most clean sheets.

I now think we have a great chance of a top 2 finish.

I think Sheffield United will fall back to 4th due to their defencive frailties and a manager who is likely to implode when the going gets tough

Sunderland a good side, good defensively, great on the counter with some decent forwards. They are a young side and I think their lack of experience will be costly in the run in

Burnley. No you lot don't rate them but their defencive record speaks for itself.
Burnley have a top championship manager who sets his team out imo the correct way, not to concede goals, he also has a calm manner which will rub off on to the players.
With the experience pros they have around the squad, this will be enough to see them over the line

Leeds have the best squad in the division and I have said since last August that they will be champions come May, with Burnley being the only side good enough to stop them

If we are to go up this season we must start winning home games. It's that simple.

Being totally honest, I would have taken a point last night before a ball was even kicked.
