I wasn't suggesting that's what I would want, just that Cashin's sale would give Clowes the option financially. I'm sure an other manager could get this squad going in any case.

I've heard the Barlaser deal is almost done, to be announced tomorrow - ?750K fee quoted.

Some clickbait site called "Sport Witness" is quoting a "journalist" on a Utrecht fan page. Apparently FC Utrecht won't sanction cancelling the Fraulo loan deal. The same "article" refers to us as a "League One" side...

If they can't even get facts right then one has to be suspicious about the veracity of their fiction. There's been nothing coming from Derby indicating we're even after the lad. He's a DM. We have Ebou, Ozoh, Ossie, Tommo and Rooney already for that role plus we've been playing Kenzo there as well. Looks like Barlaser could well be added to the list for 750K. Do we need Fraulo or, more to the point, were we ever after the lad?

My take on it from what I've heard is that Derby have scouted him, but Warne, in public at least has said he wants players with championship experience, he doesn't want at this stage to bring in a player who may take a while to adjust to the championship which makes perfect sense.

Looks as if Brown is out for the season, so anther ST on loan is a possibility. Which ever way one looks at it, derby have had bad luck with injuries to the extent that I doubt Warne has been able to put out his best side on the pitch. CBT is carrying an injury as well.

CBT seems to have been permanently carrying an injury since we signed him, Swale. Terrible signing imo, but I do agree, PW has been unlucky with injuries.

Seems we are going to lose Cashin as Derby County are reportedly closing in on a second raid on Viking FK for Norwegian centre-back Sondre Langas a right sided player, a fee in the region of ?4 million being mentioned.
