    Do you still have to work within the rules of the fair play league? with money some of the league 1 clubs are spending not sure. If we are is that what we're doing? then there's rest of the costs it takes to run this club.

    My first game at Millmoor was 1963 pal, went to Wingfield skool alongside Brecks so don?t need remindin of the dark times !!

    Like you my friend it?s in my blood - but real change is needed - chairman has been a saviour but it?s a different game today !

    Rules say league 1 clubs can only spend 60% of a clubs turnover on player-related expenditure. Not sure if the owners of clubs can boost turnover if so by how much?

    And now with Bramall gone and no speed other than holmes he won’t play, and one less cover at the back to use…..may be we should rush down the bookies about cam? Odo, and leave H out shall we.

    And by the way, to answer one comment….I could spot a dud signing in Hugebill a mile off and said so at the time.

    At the end of the day, the board sign off on incoming players, so moan at them.

    60% of the turnover from 2 seasons ago would have been no more than 9million. Then we were getting more than we would now from payments from the premier league. Players we've sold this season will offset most of that. So say it's same doesn't take much working out players wages will account for most of that. League 1 clubs with double or even triple our turnover seen to spending more on players than even that. So how do they account for that?
