Regardless of who we sell....it is rather frustrating that we always get quite low ball offers which we are only to willing to accept each time.

Dubbag, I am actually not in despair so do not worry I am not about to do the unthinkable . I used the word in a lightly to indicate my amazement at the direction our beloved club is heading.

I did not despair when the Irish thrashed us on Saturday and that came after a miserable Baggies defeat.

But you are right, football and rugby are just games. Life is to be cherished and treasured.
