What an incredible strategic transformation for our club.

From the oldest side in the championship, Andy Carroll free transfer signing, slow, ponderous outfit? to a young dynamic project. We might now have an outside chance of promotion.

Buy and sell will be our model and that?s nothing to be scared of. Brighton have grown as a club as a result of this model. No doubt Fellows won?t be here beyond the summer but I?m confident the club will invest the money wisely.

What will be interesting is whether we have signed players who fit us right. We?ve never managed to nail this and we have repeatedly misprofiled players like Grant.

It is hard to beat the energy of youth. What they lack in experience they make up for in pure energy. Scatter a few bold heads in among a young team and you cause fear in opponents, as long as they have direction and good leadership. If Fellows can continue to improve and he should under TM, then his price could go up by the end of the season. I am happy with the direction of the club with the new owners and hopefully TM.
