Absolutely. Notts clearly prepared thoroughly for pens and Mair was deemed the man to bring on. But you have still got to do it. Williams still had to make that choice. Massive, massive stones.

Regardless when it was decided. Williams ultimately carried the can for that choice. Also, a club doing that much work on an outcome that was not even guaranteed to come about is the antithesis of one dimensional.

He was by his own standards poor last season, and some on here also questioned as to whether his legs had gone. This season he is playing in a position that favours him, which has reflected in his performances. As for the 2 lads, i think its fair to say that most on here were underwhelmed with the the signings and were hoping for more experienced players. However, now we have had the chance to to see them play they do look to be very good prospects.. If you recall i also said i didnt rate Edwards....He was the worst player on the pitch today...

Forget last season you called McGoldrick a carthorse and that he has had his day this season. In fact that was only in December so surprised you forgot those strong words.

When are Notts fans going to learn under this recruitment model to not judge players based on experience or age and not to judge after a few bit part appearances off the subs bench?
