I'm really enjoying it ,great to watch ..In any case couldn't give a toss if we don't go up ..I suppose it would be worth it for the money, but football wise, VAR and enjoyment ..no.

Should always be striving to be competitive at the top level, but I miss the days where there was loyalty between both the club and the players with the latter mostly coming up through the youth and reserve systems and not simply temporary "consumables" brought and bought in (and, perhaps understandably, given how fickle clubs can also be) looking for a short term paycheck.

That said, I do think Farke has done a better than reasonable job in putting together a first team squad that is playing for side over self (they wouldn't be doing as well as they are if they weren't).

If we are good enough over the long haul to get promoted, I hope we don't use it as an excuse to wholesale dismantle everything and discard those who will have got us there.

We'll need strengthening to keep our head above water with the big boys, but the shirt (and those wearing it) should mean something to those watching, otherwise we might as well just switch allegiance to the shiniest "form" team every season.

Leeds United. The clues should be in the name.

    Old fogey rant over.

Scary being a Leeds supporter, every weekend my nerves are shot, and midweek sometimes, it makes or breaks my weekends, must get a grip

Nope, remember the LG 1 days! Swindon, Wycombe, MK Dons and Grimsby.

This morning, I have choice between Leicester - Arsenal or Preston - Burnley. Have decided to watch our rival Burnley at Preston. Burnley look good. Preston look lumbering and clumsy.

34 min gone. Preston 0-0 Burnley. Preston have had a couple of chances. Not sure Burnley have had a shot on goal yet.
