    2 managers...out of 15? And nigh on 15yrs.

It could get worse. Sack evans...appoint rob scott!

Rotherham uniteds problems start upstairs in the boardroom.

Any other conversation about managers, tactics, players is just moot.

    Sack the board
    100% absolutely.

Evans is only hanging on by his fingernails because nobody wants to work for this chairman.

Well, that was disappointing. I think I might have been dreaming because what I thought I saw was the manager responding to a midfield that was being overrun by removing all but one of the midfielders and replacing them with strikers. In my dream, we played the last 15 minutes or so with five strikers, none of whom got a shot on target. More of a nightmare than a dream really.

Lots of disgruntled fans saying this is the last straw and the chairman is being blamed. The club has no foundation with never ever having had a plan while we have been at NYS.

I'm not ignoring anything from the manager. It's pathetic.. but also you can't ignore the effort the players. Odoffin apart . There was nothing form the players, they are paid good money to work .. and they are not putting a shift in ....as for the leadership .TS has pumped millions in to this football club out of his own pocket .. he didn't have to .. but he wanted to entertain the public of Rotherham.. and for a decade or more he has.. its easy to spend other people's money and critisize.. would you do it Derby ... I dought it very much ... TS has trusted people with there knowledge of football with his money . Apparently he has spent more on this season in this division then any other .. so yes the players do need calling out , put a shift in its pathetic .

So we start the game with a back 5 including a midfielder playing in the left back position.
For most of the first half Sibley and James either got caught out of position or got in each other's way and both seemed unsure about what they were supposed to be doing.
Midfield was undermanned and got consistently overrun. Hugill did what he usually does and either rolled about, fouled someone or wandered back from an offside position.
All of this was patently obvious to everyone except apparently the manager because he did absolutely nothing to change it. What the hell was he watching?

The second half substitutions were baffling and a really telling incident came when Powell had gone off, we got a corner and no-one knew who was supposed to take it. Eventually Reece James decided it might be him.
Don't things like this don't get covered in training?

We finished the game with 5 so-called strikers on the pitch but no supply from midfield and there wasn't a single shot on target that I can remember. Sunday League standard is too complimentary.

It was an awful game between two very poor teams but Barnsley had slightly more ability and method and probably deserved the points.

I don't like Evans and his mate with their antiquated, turgid football and pathetic touchline antics but I've never said I want him gone.
    I do now.
However nothing will change unless there is radical reform at all levels in the club.
Thats unlikely to happen so we can just expect more of the same 😡.
