Bollox, I thought I was on for a fifty pointer until that last kick of the game!

2-0 and confirmed three points now but really only thanks to Oxford who threw their goalkeeper up front to try and snatch an equalizer. Dominated the game and Johnston particularly playing well but has to be a concern that we are still not clinical enough in front of goal. 1-0 is never a safe margin to try and carry through a game.

Swift does possess quality but is too frequently inconsistent which is why, presumably, TM doesn't start him and tbh, I was a bit surprised he replaced Price today. Having said that, I totally agree with you that any booing of him by sections of our fans is bang out of order as he has done nothing to deserve this. His recent outings may have been disappointing given the skills he has but not a lot wrong with his attitude or commitment.

He is an underperformer for sure but not to the capacity of some real flops we have had like Zohore or Lambert.

Wouldn?t agree with booing any of our players so this is disappointing to read.

Anyone booing Swift before he has touched the ball should stay away from the Hawthorns.

I have never booed any WBA player…but admit to not applauding on occasions !

Totally correct. You should never boo an individual player. It is more acceptable to boo a poor team performance although, personally, I would not do that either.
