20 points were enough for top-2 finish in last 5 years.

Little remark - Conf league winner wont be awarded CL place.
7 CL could be allocated with following:
4 places - top-4 PL finish
1 place - 5th PL finish (if England team perform 24/25 season)
1 place - CL winner (should be Villa, as Arsenal and Liverpool will be top-4)
1 place - Europa League winner (either Spurs or red mancs)

Highly likely its 5, could be 6
