Trust you to have a pop at me without doing your homework.
The Dundee FC member of staff who arranged for another member of staff to give my wife and I a tour of the Club?s offices in Gardyne told me at a later date that no one had asked her about our tour and what happened on it.
This proves that John Nelms stated a pack of lies in the letter dated 7th December 2022 because he hates Dee4life and everything it stands for because the Dee4life members would not sell all their A shares to FPS for the derisory sum of ?8,000 in January 2019.
The letter also stated that the nomination of Kenny Valentine as the Dee4life board of directors nomination as their Primary representative to be elected on the Dundee Football Club Limited board of directors was a hostile act which would be dealt with under the Club?s Articles of Incorporation (this is an American term which should be Articles of Association).
In addition to the letter Nelms also broke the rules of the 2018 Data Protection Act and probably the GDPR rules when he enclosed a submission in full by a Dee4life Director including his name and address about his own opinion regarding the new stadium development at the former NCR Camperdown playing fields which Nelms took umbrage about because it did not agree with Nelms?s plans for the site.
After I received a copy of the letter from John Nelms which was signed Dundee FC Limited which I still have in the ?saved? box of my iPad I seriously considered sending an email directly to Tim Keyes complaining about the pack of lies stated by John Nelms in his letter to the Dee4life board of directors about our visit and tour of the Club?s offices in Gardyne.
In the end my wife persuaded not to do it as there are two well known sayings ?It comes who waits? and ?Every dog has its day?.
Having owned three West Highland White dogs now all sadly over the Rainbow bridge I will be having my day come what may.
