According to the DT , you need 20 points from 12 games to survive. Just taken 2 points from 10 games.

Possible or pie in the sky?

We're Derby. Of course it's possible. We still have to play 7 or 8 of the bottom 10. If we don't garner sufficient points to avoid the drop then it's on us.

Having seen the starting XI, hope far exceeds expectation. Can’t see beyond a comfortable home win.

Feels like the weakest line up we have put out in a long time

I was thinking the same. Just hope when we go down he will be the man for the job, not quitting like Jewell did. I know injuries aren't helping but it does feel like we have got worse in the past 3 games.

Bit harsh, RS. It’s disappointing, but the guy’s only had three matches in charge of this collection of underachieving sicknotes.
If, as seems likely, we go down I’ll reserve judgement on Eustace until at least three months into next season.
He’s inherited a side bereft of confidence, fitness and goals after four months of dreadful results.
An, admittedly unlikely looking, win against Blackburn next week end could still be a turning point, but what seems more likely is that we’ll see a clear out and rebuild over the summer in readiness for a renewed L1 campaign next season.
We can’t be remotely sure as regards the issue of fresh investment, but personally I doubt Eustace would have come without certain reassurances and I have more confidence in his ability to create lasting reconstruction than I ever did with his predecessor.

11 to go. Not expecting many (any?) points from Blackburn, Coffintree, Burnley or WBA in all honesty. I see these games as free hits where we can go gung ho and not give a damn. The other games are against bottom 10 sides and those are the games we can hope to get a good return from. If we don't get enough to survive then we can thank the, seemingly, everlasting injury wave that has seen us forced to play 2nd string players out of position.

Boro game. Good start, less so finish. I'd just started to think we could nick a point. Enter the Jackson pass and it's all over.
