Subs on at right time when McWilliams was cramping up and Wilks would have had to have gone off for 30 seconds.

At the end of it all, what ever the opinion of SE and this season is,the most important thing is that we start next season in League 1.This result goes a long way to making sure that happens. We are 9 points short of staying up and who would have thought we would be saying that back in August? 3 years without a Saturday 3pm away win is a ridiculous record that thankfully has now gone. The performance basically justified where we are in the table and will more than likely prove were we will end up.We are not one of the worst teams in the division but we are way off 'the challengers' that was intended. In fairness, the players do look like they are in it together but there is such a lack of quality in certain areas that worries me.Why did JCH stay on so long? Giving JJ a chance is fine but, what ever one thinks about Hugill, how he didn't get on the pitch today is pretty baffling.
I'm sorry to talk down someone but our goalkeeper is just not good enough. Feeble effort for the first goal and where was he for the second? Take a look. Simply not dominant enough. He just doesn't "own" his penalty area and that sense of insecurity must feed into the defenders in front of him. I'm sorry. This isn't personal. It's business. He needs to be replaced along with the other one who I think is worse.
Staying in the division is the priority. But to repeat another season, no. It wasn’t that much of a convincing win.
You're not talking down Tiger....its a fact.Just because we've won doesn't mean everything becomes 'wonderful'.It's about staying up and taking stock in the Summer.Either things will be learn't or they won't....it's up to the Board to decide that. Not You,not Me.A lot of the squad have still a year to go on their contracts who will attract zero interest from other clubs,Humphreys and Hacs will go for nothing,I suspect the same Manager will be allowed another go and a mix of Derby,Luton,Plymouth,Hull,Portsmouth,Bolton,Wrexha m,Stockport,Charlton,Barnsley,Huddersfield,Reading ,Bradford,Wycombe and Notts County will be fighting it out ''to challenge''. How can next season be different to this? Am I talking it down or am I making valid, realistic arguments?
Similar to JocksGloves watched Titans scrape a win then watched (via Soccer Saturday on Sky) Millers get a 3-2 win.
Hopefully now relegation off the agenda.
Seem glued to that 14th spot in the table.
Any idea who we can replace the inept keepers with? Been looking closely at the clips. Philips? judgement is way off yet again.
