    Bristol Rovers Post Match Thoughts

The sighs of relief on MillersMAD can be heard around the world. Apparently our first away win on a Saturday afternoon for nigh on 3 years? Like this season has been, it wasn't pretty but boy does it make our situation look less precipitous and let's face it, a Saturday evening is much better after a win, however it is achieved.

    Thoughts?

Just one word PHEW my prophet of doom prediction earlier thankfully wrong 50 point target now down to single figures
As you say not pretty but who cares makes a change to come out the right side of a 5 goal thriller for a change
Sam Nombe been our best striker this season he’s a grafter and I’m chuffed for him Kayode bright too when he came on

What a bloody awful record, well done to those that went today, this is for you.
Just do another 13 or 14 times, and it wouldn`t be a bad season.

Scrappy, but I'm sure all Millers will take that today.

Left Clark - Harris on far too long. Surprised JJ came on over Hugill but I'll have some of that humble pie please. He applied himself very well.

3 very valuable points indeed. Well done to all those travelling fans and a safe journey home to you all.

MOTM for me today was Mpanzu, he was everywhere. Prior to today I thought he was here just for a wage.

Great result a battling performance some great individuals like Nombe and Powell, the latter involved in all three goals. Agree manzanita played well. Well done to se for putting on JJ, he really made a difference, JCH is an embarrassment, he need to drop down to L2 or non-league maybe retire, he is that bad. Jch would never have won that header and his lack of closing down led to their second goal as well. We really needed that and perhaps we can get a string of decent performances and results together to crawl into the top half before the season ends, then we need to hear about a real plan from the Stewart?s.

Put the pen back in the drawer Tony

for today anyway. I bet you thought you were about to pay off yet another Manager after such a poor start today.

Evo survives another day, good some might say as swapping Managers like we have of late doesn't help but, if they don't deliver they have to go.

Let's see how Tuesday night goes.
