I agree he's the best of the two we have which has surprised me a bit because Dawson came with good references from Wednesday and I expected him to be first choice.
However, overall I would say Phillips is just a bog standard League 1 goalkeeper, no better, no worse than most of what we see in this division.
To be honest I think the bigger problem lies with what's in front of him and how our defenders let opponents waltz past them or pump crosses into the box with out being closed down.
Lots of work for our dynamic management duo to do. Hmm.
