I've never seen actual government cuts in my lifetime. It's truly amazing that the world or democracy has not ended yet like has been predicted. I guess that might happen when all of the ice melts.

it would perfect if the IRS just audited every sitting politician. Just a standard audit like they do to us muggles regularly. I expect some rather big penalties would come out of that. Many of them owe millions in back taxes but don't pay them. Jail time in a super max seems a good solution.
